Refund Policy

Effective date: October 30, 2026

We want the guide and the newsletter to be genuinely useful. If they are not, here is how refunds work.

The guide ($17)

30-day refund if the guide is not useful to you. Email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full $17. You do not need to give a reason. We ask that you delete your copy.

The newsletter ($99.95 per year)

First year. If you ask within 30 days of your first payment, we will refund the full $99.95.

Renewals. If a yearly renewal charges you and you did not mean to continue, ask within 30 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it in full.

After 30 days. We do not give partial refunds for the rest of the year. If you cancel, no further charges are made, and you keep receiving the newsletter until the end of the year you paid for.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not by itself refund a past payment. To get a refund, ask for one as described below.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy.
2. Use the subject line “Refund”.
3. Tell us whether it is for the guide, the newsletter or both.

We will confirm by email. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Before disputing a charge

If something looks wrong on your statement, please email us first. We can usually fix it the same day, and it is faster for you than a bank dispute.
